*Â Failed Deliveries:Â Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal by the recipient, or failure to pick up the package from a carrier location will result in the original shipping cost being deducted from your refund amount. 7. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages:

* If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (e.g., more than 5 business days domestically, 10 business days internationally) after the expected delivery date, please contact us at retailer@ucrossbuy.com with your order number. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
* If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to either reship the items (subject to availability) or issue a refund.

* We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been delivered to the address provided by the customer and a delivery confirmation has been recorded by the carrier.
* Risk of loss and title for items purchased from ucrossbuy.com pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
