3. Order Currency & Pricing:
All transactions on ucrossbuy.com are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
Prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions, supplier costs, or inventory availability. The price charged for an item is the price displayed on the product page and confirmed in your cart at the time you complete your order and payment is authorized, except in cases of obvious pricing errors (see Terms of Service).

4. Authorization & Payment Settlement:
When you place an order, we request an authorization (pre-authorization) from your payment provider (e.g., bank, credit card issuer, PayPal) for the order amount. This temporarily reserves the funds but does not immediately transfer them to us.
The actual charge to your account typically occurs when your order ships, or shortly thereafter. Some banks or payment providers may show the authorization as a “pending” transaction for 1-5 business days before it either clears (settles) or drops off if the final charge hasn’t been processed yet. This is standard practice and controlled by your bank/payment provider.
In some cases (e.g., pre-orders, large orders, potential fraud checks), we may capture the payment (finalize the charge) before shipment.
5. Payment Failure & Declined Transactions:
If your payment method is declined during checkout or order processing, you will receive a notification (usually via email or on-screen message). Common reasons include:

Incorrect card number, expiration date, CVV, or billing address entered.

6. Gift Cards & Store Credit:
Redeeming: Gift Cards and Store Credit can be applied during checkout by entering the unique code in the designated field. Only one Gift Card or Store Credit can typically be used per order unless otherwise stated.
Non-Refundable: Gift Cards and Store Credit balances are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
Expiration: Gift Cards and Store Credit typically expire 1 year from the date of issue or last reload, unless otherwise stated on the card or terms at purchase. Check your specific terms.
Balance: You can check your Gift Card or Store Credit balance by contacting Customer Service at retailer@ucrossbuy.com.
Lost or Stolen: Treat Gift Cards and Store Credit like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, or unauthorized use.
7. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Responsibility:
When you choose a BNPL option, you are entering into a financial agreement directly with the BNPL provider (e.g., Affirm, Klarna).
UYRBHFUEDJ LLC is not the lender. We are only responsible for fulfilling your order once the BNPL provider has approved and funded the transaction.
All aspects of the loan (approval, repayment terms, interest, fees, late payments, credit reporting) are managed solely by the BNPL provider according to their terms and conditions. Please direct all inquiries or issues regarding your BNPL payments to the provider directly.
8. Verification for High-Risk/Large Orders:
To protect against fraud and ensure the security of transactions, we reserve the right to request additional verification information before processing certain orders, especially high-value transactions, orders shipping to addresses different from the billing address, or orders flagged by our security systems. This may include:
A copy of a government-issued photo ID matching the billing name.
A copy of the front and back of the credit card used (with sensitive digits obscured, showing only last 4 digits and name).
Contacting you directly via phone or email for confirmation.
Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in order cancellation.
9. Cryptocurrency Payments (If Applicable):
Irreversible: Transactions are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed on the blockchain.
Settlement Amount: The USD equivalent charged will be based on the exchange rate at the time the cryptocurrency transaction is confirmed. Minor discrepancies from the cart total may occur due to market volatility between initiating and confirming the payment.
Refunds: Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be issued in USD equivalent to the original payment method or as Store Credit, at our discretion. The refund amount will be calculated based on the USD value at the time the refund is processed.
Volatility Risk: You acknowledge the inherent volatility of cryptocurrency prices. We are not responsible for fluctuations between the time you view your cart and when the payment is confirmed.
Limited Support: Support for specific cryptocurrencies may be added or removed without prior notice.
10. Disputes & Chargebacks:
