Manufacturer Changes: Manufacturers may change product designs, materials, or specifications without notice. TruDefense is not responsible for such changes and is not obligated to provide items based solely on prior designs or specifications.
3. Orders & Purchases
Order Process: Placing items in your cart does not constitute an order. An order is only placed and becomes binding on TruDefense once you complete the checkout process, submit your payment information, and you receive an Order Confirmation Email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before shipment for any reason, including but not limited to:
Product availability or errors in product/pricing information.
Issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Billing or shipping address verification issues.
Suspected fraudulent activity.
Inability to fulfill the order due to events beyond our reasonable control.
Order Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation email signifies that we have received your order but does not signify our acceptance of the order or our confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason after receipt. If we cancel an order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a credit to your original payment method in the amount of the charge.
Pricing Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, system error, or error in pricing information from suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment processed. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a credit to your original payment method in the amount of the incorrect price.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in your User Content and that its posting does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRUDEFENSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TRUDEFENSE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE, SERVICES, CONTENT, OR PRODUCTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, VIRUS-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. TRUDEFENSE MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT OR PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:Â TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UYRBHFUEDJ LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES, OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE, EVEN IF TRUDEFENSE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
CAP ON LIABILITY: NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, TRUDEFENSE’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO TRUDEFENSE FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) FIVE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($500.00 USD).
EXCLUSIONS: SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, TRUDEFENSE’S LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
INDEMNIFICATION:Â You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UYRBHFUEDJ LLC, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site or Services, including, but not limited to, any use of the Site’s content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms or your use of any information obtained from the Site, or your User Content.
9. Termination
We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Site and Services or block your future access if we determine you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or for any other reason. You may terminate your account by contacting customer service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, limitations of liability, governing law, dispute resolution) shall survive.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms and your use of the Site and Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
Informal Resolution: We encourage you to first contact us at retailer@ucrossbuy.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings.
Binding Arbitration (For U.S. Users):ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, SERVICES, OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED, SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION, RATHER THAN IN COURT. The arbitration will be administered by either the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (“JAMS”) or the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), under their respective Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect (available at jamsadr.com or adr.org), as modified by these Terms. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration shall take place in Phoenix, Arizona. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Opt-Out: You have the right to opt-out of this binding arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice of your decision to opt-out to: UYRBHFUEDJ LLC, 8 S NEVADA AVE　COLORADO SPGS CO 80903 US, Attn: Legal Department – Arbitration Opt-Out. Your notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement of your intent to opt-out of the arbitration provision.
Exceptions: This arbitration agreement does not preclude you from bringing an individual claim in small claims court in Phoenix, Arizona (or your local small claims court if you reside in Arizona) if the claim qualifies. It also does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or misuse.
Non-U.S. Users: For users residing outside the United States, any disputes may be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Phoenix, Arizona, USA, or as otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
11. Special Provisions for California Users

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
