If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer options for returns and exchanges within the specified timeframe and under the conditions outlined in this policy. 1. Return & Exchange Eligibility:
* You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return or exchange request.
* To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must meet all of the following conditions:
* Unused and Unworn: The item must be in its original, unused, unwashed, and unworn condition.
* Original Packaging: The item must include all original tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and be packed securely in its original manufacturer’s packaging. The original shipping box is not always required, but the product’s own box is essential.
* No Damage: The item must be free from any damage, stains, odors, or alterations.
* Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or proof of purchase (e.g., packing slip, email confirmation).
* Important: Certain items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged. These include, but are not limited to:
* Customized or personalized items.
* Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
* Intimate apparel, swimwear (for hygiene reasons, must have hygiene seal intact/unbroken).
* Beauty products, cosmetics, skincare, and personal care items (for hygiene reasons, unopened/sealed only may be eligible – contact us first).
* Software, digital downloads, or electronically delivered items.
* Gift cards.
* Large/Bulky Items & Installed Goods: Furniture, major appliances, grills, and items requiring professional installation are generally considered FINAL SALE once delivered due to logistical complexity and cost. Returns or exchanges for these items will only be considered in cases of manufacturer defects or significant damage upon arrival, verified by our team. Please inspect such items thoroughly upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
* Step 1: Contact Us. DO NOT ship items back without authorization. Within the 30-day window, contact our Customer Service team at retailer@ucrossbuy.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, including the reason.
* Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions. Our team will review your request. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide specific return shipping instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused or delayed.
* Step 3: Ship Your Return. Securely pack the eligible item(s) in their original packaging (or suitable packaging to prevent damage), include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided using a trackable shipping method. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for the return value.
3. Return Shipping Costs:
* Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item for reasons other than our error (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any associated insurance. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable.
* Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item, the item is defective or damaged upon arrival), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse you for reasonable return shipping costs upon verification. Please contact us first for instructions.
4. Processing Returns & Refunds:
* Once your return package is received and inspected at our warehouse (allow 3-5 business days for processing after delivery confirmation), we will notify you via email about the status of your return.
* Refunds: If your return is approved:
* The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
* Please allow 5-7 business days after approval for the refund to be processed by us. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, typically taking an additional 3-10 business days.
* Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns not due to our error.
* We may offer the option of a refund in the form of store credit (ucrossbuy.com gift card) at your request or in specific situations.
* Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the exact item is available, we will process the exchange upon receiving and approving your return. If the exact item is unavailable, we will notify you and typically process a refund instead. Due to efficiency, we often recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
5. Processing Exchanges:
* Approved exchanges follow the same return authorization process above.
* Once the original item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped using standard shipping (unless expedited shipping is paid for by the customer).
* You are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
6. Non-Returnable Items / Refusal of Return:
* Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1 (e.g., used items, damaged by customer, missing packaging/parts, past 30 days, final sale items) will be refused. We will notify you if your return is refused. The item may be shipped back to you at your expense or held for a limited time for pickup arrangements.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
* If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery is ideal) at retailer@ucrossbuy.com with photos/videos clearly showing the issue and your order number. We will provide instructions for a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including covering return shipping costs.
8. Gift Returns:
* If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a ucrossbuy.com Gift Card for the value of the returned item (minus any original shipping costs if applicable) upon approval. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
9. Manufacturer Warranties:
* Some products may come with a separate manufacturer’s warranty. Our return policy does not override these warranties. Please refer to the product documentation or contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims after our 30-day return window has closed.
